Ordering

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Do I need a coupon code for Free Shipping?

No coupon code required for Free Shipping! Discount will appear at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available through Shopify.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What are the shipping and delivery times?

For most items, we ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times to the US usually take 2-6 business days for non-exclusive items.

*For FMCK Exclusive items, orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and US shipping times range from 3-10 business days.

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.).

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed, and I still did not receive my order?

Please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check and boost the delivery process.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture via our Contact page right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What is your return policy?

Returns vary based on the item.

Please check the product details for return eligibility.

When eligible, we have a 14 day return policy, which means
you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please message us via our Contact Us page. Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.

*For FMCK Exclusive Items:

Because all products are unique and produced only once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported at this time. Please be certain to check item descriptions and sizing charts to ensure your items are the appropriate size.

However, if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please let us know within 48 hours of product delivery. We ask that you provide a picture of the damage for a free replacement or a refund.
